If you want to back-up only the documents that were created with Microsoft Word, you can install this plugin in Backup4all and it will let you back-up files with the following format only: doc, docx, docm and rtf.
MS Power point files
Once this plugin is installed you will be able to back-up only Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, basically files with these formats: ppt, pptx and pptm.
Emule
eMule is a free peer-to-peer file sharing application for Microsoft Windows that offers direct exchanges between clients, corrupted download recovery and an upload credit system. This backup plugin will back-up eMule related information such as configurations, logs, skins and temp files.
SyncBackSE

Genie Backup Manager is a backup program developed by Genie9 (formerly Genie-soft). With this backup plugin you can back-up the Genie Backup Manager scripts, jobs, logs and registry entries.

Orbit Downloader is an internet download manager that not only allows you to download files faster from the web, but also you can grab media files from streaming websites such as Myspace, YouTube, etc. This back-up plugin will backup Orbit settings, initialization files and registry entries.

LimeWire
