Auto back up

Post by dblpreston »

I noticed that after beginning of October the auto back up appeared to work but when i checked my external hard drive no files/folders had been updated or added to. I've installed version 7 which I ran manually yesterday and which appeared to work by creating another copy of the back up. However the auto back up scheduled for this morning appeared to be successful but again when I checked the hard drive there were no changes to either the original files or the new copies created yesterday. Am wondering if the Samsung M3 hard drive is at fault rather the the back up software? Any help would be appreciated, I'm pulling my hair out here!

Hi,

If you check the last backup log for that job, is it from the most current execution?
Did it found no files to backup?
