Day 1: HANGS on Shadow Copy: Preparing shadow copy, Shadow copy created for then HANGS!!!!!!

1) I have NO anti virus on my machine
2) this repeatedly occurs, I have 6 jobs. 2 jobs produce this error, and 4 others "seem" to work
3) See below screen shot and attached log.
Did you test this software? I try to use your software AND it immediately results iN this ERROR , wasting my entire day, very frustrating, I would have been better off just scripting robocopy!
I cant see myself paying for something that WORKS 60% OF THE time, or am I missing something here?

HANGS HERE (how about a timeout, or how about a 2nd thread or process to monitor this condition and END GRACEFULLY!, Is endless waiting an acceptable outcome? WTF
