Stuck on update catalog V7.3

I have upgrade to the new version of Fbackup but now it won't run. The program gets stuck on updating the catalog. I can't abort or cancel it.
I have to restart the pc or kill the task via taskmanager.

I tried to update from 7.1 to the new version, Fbackup update (7.3) does not work. My OS is Windows7. I have no backup tool now.

Hi,
Please close FBackup and rename this folder:
"C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 7\"
Open FBackup. It will start with no jobs.
Create a new backup job and see if you still have the problem.

Thank you. I deleted every folder relating to the Softland and Fbackup. But it did not work. It doesn't load files, it shows the last windows: Run the program and go to the website. The program is not loaded. The Softland direcory is not created anywhere.
