Suddenly backups do not work

For the last few days, my backups have not completed. The message in Notepad is "Cannot use USN journal for this backup. Reason: The backup type is Full". Have used Fbackup for couple of years with no problems. I always use the Full type backup.

Hi,

That is not an error/warning message. It is just to inform that USN journal will not be used for that execution. It is used when the number of source files is larger than 20,000 files and other conditions are met. The usage of USN journal is not mandatory for the backup, it just speeds up the execution if there are many source files.

Hi,

Do you get any error when you try to manually run the backup? Please send us the last backup log for such a job to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
The message you mentioned is not an error.
