Are my backups defective?

I've been using Fbackup 4 to back up my daily driver for almost two years, but never needed to restore. Now the files have grown so much I want to upgrade to Backup4all in order to run an incremental/differential setup.
I want to clean up my NAS, but I fear the backups are defective. You see, "testing" in fBackup 5 throws up errors, and opening the zips with WinZip or WinRAR or 7zip gives me errors.
1) Does this file system look right? Why are the dates so varying? What are these .tmp files, can I delete them?
2) Can I somehow use these files in Backup4all?
