Critical Error - Crashes every time

I could not open Fbackup (latest version) at all.

After uninstalling and reinstalling several times, it's still not working.

Below is the window I get after waiting quite a while when trying to start the program.

Can anyone explain this frustrating situation, but more importantly how to fix it.

Since writing about the problem above Fbackup will now start okay but when I go to run any backups,
I get a different pop-up window that says "Could not start backup for job...."

Please explain ?

Hi,

Please make sure the bservice.exe process is not blocked by the antivirus/firewall.
Put it in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.

I am facing the same error and as suggested I have added the FBackup-IPC application in Firewall Allow list but I am still getting the same error.

Hi,

Do you use another antivirus/firewall application?
Can you manually start the Backup4all service from Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services?
