I was wondering if the earlier versions [v.5 & v.4] of FBackup had incremental backups while in later v5. and in v.6 it is no longer an option. This would explain why backups now have become much longer.

Hi,

The same backup types Full and Mirror were available in version 5 of FBackup.
Is that a large backup job you are running? aprox. how many files are in all backup versions?

approx. 5000
I already have a post going regarding the slowness of the backup so you don't need to respond on this line of thinking. I was just curious on another line of thinking if there was an incremental backup.

Hi,

If the backup is still slow, please uncheck the "Smart file scanning mode" option from "Backup Properties->Advanced" page and run again the backup.
