IPC Server Error

I am new to the group so first and foremost thank you in advance to all of you who make discussion groups beneficial!
We have been using FBackup for almost 3 years now and recently upgraded everyone to version 5.2.685. We use the Windows Task Scheduler to prompt users at specific times to manually backup their computers; however with our recent upgrade we have been receiving the error message "Do you want to restart the IPC server, there was an error while trying to connect to the IPC server Cannot connect pipe client" If we click no FBackup closes the app. Clicking yes just loops me back to the same error message. We are running Windows 7 32/64 bit OS. We disabled the Windows Firewall Client and have checked reports from our McAfee Enterprise Virus and it shows no reporting on blocking the service bservice.exe and it still came up.
We have also tried the following with no luck:
1) Start services.msc
2) Look for FBackup 5 Service
3) Right Click > Properties > Log On
4) Change to "This account" and insert local admin username and password
5) Click Apply>OK then restart the service.
6) Start the application, you should no longer receive the error message.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
