Restore

I try to restore a file, but have problem to Complete this job. I attach the log-file. What i s wrong?

Hi,

Please put bservice.exe process from FBackup installation folder, in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.

Hello again. I did try what you suggested, but it's the same. I even turned off the firewall and antivirus-service, but it's the same. Any other suggestions?
