Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to au

Post by rykopsycho »

I'm using Windows 7. I've disabled the firewall, anti-virus, spyware and virtually every other active program, but still get this error message.

I've uninstalled and re-installed the program, and cleared temp files but I still get this message.

The strange thing is I have used the program before and am now trying to restore a backup, but this LP5 message persists.

It really shouldn't be that difficult to use this program.

Also, is there another way to restore a backup from a fkc file without using fbackup?

Thank you!

Hi,
Usually that message appears because of the antivirus, antispyware or similar programs.

Also please make sure the file was correctly downloaded. You can try again to download it and see if you still have the problem.

Before download, please delete the Temporary internet files.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
