    I've been using fbackup4 but had a lightning strike to my hard-drive. Since this repair, when I've scheduled the backup to run it runs for hours saying "preparing shadow copy". I'm doing a mirror image. Can you instruct me on the problem?

    Hi,

    What antivirus do you use?
    Please put all exe files inside the FBackup installation folder into the Exceptions list of the antivirus.
    Do you still have the problem?
