Giveaway - 50 licenses for Backup4all Pro

We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too.     I have carefully created several backup jobs and did my first Restore testing today. All went well except for 2 repeating errors.

    1) In a custom backup job (no plug-in used to create it) which just saves MS Office docs, I get this PPT error on every restore. It is only one file, and my other 9 PPT files restore just fine. ERROR: Waiting for user input
    Cannot find "G:\Mitch's Files\Jewell\Cochlear Implant\Processor & Remote Battery Indicators.ppt".
    Please select another path to this file/folder and Retry.

    2) Using the Firefox plug-in to create this Firefox backup job, I get the following error on every restore: ERROR: Waiting for user input
    Cannot find "G:\Mozilla FireFox Profiles\Profiles\ojraef64.default\bookmarkbackups\bookmarks-2010-08-10.json".
    Please select another path to this file/folder and Retry.

    As you can see, the errors are almost identical.

      Any suggestions?

    (PS: I also used MozBackup to backup Thunderbird, and no errors at all.)

    All files were in fact there.

    Formatted backup drive, and did a fresh backup of all jobs.

    Restore now functioning properly with no errors.
