Giveaway - 50 licenses for Backup4all Pro

We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. [Major update] FBackup 4.4 with silent installation

    FBackup 4.4 build 188 was released. This new major version contains several new features and fixes, update is recommended.

    What's changed in FBackup 4.4.188:

    • New: Silent installation parameters were added.
    • New: "Show tray icon" option added.
    • New: New option to "Minimize to tray" added.
    • New: If errors occur it's possible to show the error message in tray.
    • New: Scheduled startup options added (Last state, minimized, normal, maximized or tray)
    • Fix: Warning message when cannot open read-only catalog file.
    • Fix: Restore with problems from "Getting Started" page.
    • Fix: Some fixes when backing up open files.
    • Fix: Minor bugs fixed.

    FBackup 4.4 189 was posted online, this new build has some fixes for the scheduler and backing up open files, update is recommended. However the main download mirror has build 188, so download it from here: http://www.software112.com/products/fbackup-free-backup-software+quick-download.html

    Hi,

    We fixed that in build 207, which is available for download.
    The parameter is: verysilent
    You can use it as: fbackup.exe /verysilent

    FBackup 4.4 build 213 was released. This new build corrects several bugs, update is recommended.

    What's changed in FBackup 4.4.213:

    • Fix: Temporary files were not deleted during the restore of multiple splits.
    • Fix: Cannot open catalog from a mapped drive.
    • Fix: Vscsrv.exe crashes under Win XP 64-bit.
    • Fix: Rename backup jobs from removable drives.
    • Fix: Select folder and driver destination does not indicate the specified folder.

    Update: Build 214 is available from the above link now, this new build only corrects a small problem with Vscsrv2008 crashes (open files).
