Giveaway - 50 licenses for Backup4all Pro

We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. folders not backing up

    When I set backup to include 'my pictures folder', after backup has run the 'my pictures' in backup destination only contains one folder, not the hundred or so that should be in it. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please send us:
    - the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
    - the .fkc catalog file from View->Open Folder->Catalog Folder.
    Put both files into a zip archive and send it to us: info[at]fbackup[dot]com

    Hi,

    From the backup catalog I can see you are using the Mirror backup type and the first complete backup was 101 GB, the second was 12.39 GB and the third was 25 KB.
    Please note if you use the Mirror backup type, only new and modified files will be backed up. In the last backup it seems there ware only two new files to be backed up.
