Ok I have run 2 back ups and they appeared to do correctly. I then went to my external hard drive just to check and see if they did. One did and one I get the message "The compressed(zipped) file is invalid or corrupted". What went wrong?

Hi,
If the size of the zip file is more than 4 GB, that means FBackup has used zip64 technology (which allows unlimited zip file size).
You can open it only with Winzip 9.1 or later.Posted 2 years ago # -
I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question. I have been using FBackup for a year and have just noticed that the destination folders still contain files that have been deleted from the source folders - they're growing exponentially. I can't find out how to get the two folders to mirror each other.

Hi,
Do you use the Mirror backup type?
If yes, please open Backup Properties->Mirror page and check the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option.
Press Save and run the backup.Posted 1 year ago # -
How can I change my forum password to something I can better remember?
