All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. FBackup Free is great, but when I try to install the newest version, I get error masseages saying: cannot update (fbSched.exe) file access denied error code 5; later on in the process I also get: invalidStarBurn.dll version: version 0x20090622. Expected: 0x2010110. At the end of the installation I get: Cannot find import: File "starBurn.dll", function "StarBurn_UDF2_VolumeUniCodeCreateEx". My antivirus (AVG free) is turned off. I am using windows xp. What am I doing wrong?

I have posted a thread with exactly the same problem, but only the first bit.

    I am running Windows 7 64-bit.

I have had a couple of failures but for some strange reason it has now gone in.

Could it be possible that something else was running that allowed a conflict?

    I'm only a raw beginner so i haven't a clue!

Please let me know of your progress.

    Hi,

It seems an application was keeping some files locked and they cannot be overwritten.
