Hi,
What changes have you made before the problem appears?

I installed FBackup for the first time July 27th with no apparent problems or notifications. I simply get the default sound when trying to hit the "exe" shortcut on the desktop or from the Program File. I uninstalled and reinstalled without incident and it still doesn't work. Thanks!

Hi,
After you uninstall the application, please make sure the "FBackup 4" folder was removed from "Program Files" folder. If it still contain some files, please manually delete them before reinstalling FBackup.

It still doesn't work! Since that time I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Each time I checked that the folder in the "Programs" deleted also. The only file that I was able to open was a "notepad" type file. Thanks
