We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. I am trying to back up files from my main external hard drive over to the external hard drive that I use for backup. I select 2nd HD in the set up screen, but it automatically changes it to the HD that I want backed up. Even if I go in and edit it afterwards and select the HD I want from the drop down menu it still automtically changes it so that the HD I want backed up is the destination HD as well.

    Hi,

Is the external hard drive connected directly to the computer USB port?

    Hi,

Are the devices recognized as "External hard drives" or "Removable drives" in Backup Properties?

    Hi,

Do you use an administrator account?
Do you have the same problem if you change the drive letter for the destination hard drive?

I do not have an administrator account, but I bleieve there are not any restrictions set. However, I could be wrong about this.

I will look into changing the drive letter and get back to you.
