I have downloaded the latest version of WinZip and we still receive the error. Is there anything else I can look into to resolve this?

    Hi,

It seems that zip file is corrupt.
What is the result of the test after backup for that file?

Where do I view the test results? I have a few .z01 files and a zipped file after backing up. Is there any way to recover this data in the zipped file? Our computer crashed and the data in the zipped file is critical.

    Hi,

The backup log is located on the computer where the backup was executed. It seems that computer crashed. You cannot restore your files if the zip is corrupt. You can also try to repair the zip file using WinZip.
