I have a Philips Muse Mp4 player that I want to backup onto an external hard drive but when connected it is not listed as a possible source to access the folders on it (though I can select individual files on it). The player appears in My Computer as aportable media player/device but has no drive number allocated to it). I'm running Window XP. Any advice please?

Giveaway - 50 licenses for Backup4all Pro
We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. Here are the details: Backup4all Giveaway.

Hi,
That device must have a drive letter allocated in order to be used by FBackup.
