    I BACKED UP MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS TO AN EXT. HD. WHEN I TRY TO OPEN, IT ASK WHAT OPEN WITH, I HAVE TRIED AL AVAILABLE OPTIONS TO NO AVAIL. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP

    Hi,

    You cannot just open the dbx files and read emails inside. You have to configure the account and restore the files.
    Also, please do not create 3 new topics for the same question.
