We are organizing a giveaway, where 50 licenses for Backup4all Professional (total value of $2500) will be given to 50 users. All you have to do is create a video tutorial about FBackup and upload it to Youtube - there is no drawing so as long as there are licenses left from those 50, you will receive one too. Cannot get Scheduler to work

    I just need to get my PC to back up on a scheduled basis. Everything works OK on a manual basis but try as I may I cannot get a scheduled backup to work. I am on Windows XP and backing up to an external hard drive. I have tried every way I can with different settings but nothing works. Help!

    Hi,

    Do you receive any errors when setting up the scheduler?
    Do you use the Windows scheduler or the built-in scheduler?

    Hi Admin,
    I don't get any error messages when setting up and I am using Windows scheduler.
    I have set up to run every day at 13.00 hrs and each day after 13.00 hrs the scheduler screen shows 'The task has not run' next run time 13.00 hrs the following day.
    I am not really computer literate but just need my business data to backup without having to remember it every day. Some of the previous answers to similar queries talking about .exe files etc do not mean a lot to me, is there anyone at fbackup I can actually speak to as other peoples problems seem to take an age to resolve using this forum ?

    We can connect to your computer using TeamViewer and see exactly what the problem is.
