i was just wondering if fbackup would allow the option to backup selected files/dirs when a specific external HDD was connected(and then backups to that external HDD)..

Hello madlyfe,
In a word, yes.
Just make sure that the external drive is connected to and recognized by the PC before you make/setup a backup profile in FBackup and of course, when running the backup file in FBackup either manually or using automatic backup via the scheduler.Hope this helps.

Hi,
If you mean plug and backup, please note that feature is not available in FBackup. It is included in the Portable edition of Backup4all, our commercial product.

ya i was talking about plug in the external hdd and it triggers a backup procedure of selected files/dirs..
