Hi - one of the backup jobs I'm running consistently fails with this message:
Cannot add file "E:\XXXX\MUSIC\iTunes\iTunes Media\MUSIC\Alter Bridge\Blackbird\f165 01 Ties That Bind.m4a" to "\\NAS-01\backup\Data backups\Data backup\1_E.zip".
Zip error: \\NAS-01\backup\Data backups\Data backup\KPZ8028.tmp
Other backups to the NAS complete fine and it has over 1.5TB free space. Windows 7 built-in zip can create a zip with this particular file in it no problem and iTunes plays the track cleanly, so the file itself isn't corrupt.
Any ideas?
