Hi,
For MS SQL: you need to stop the MS SQL server before the backup, run the backup and after that start the MS SQL Server.
For MS Exchange server: you cannot back up individual mail boxes. If a file was modified the entire file will be backed up again.

Hi,
To back up MS SQL Server data, you should try Backup4all (our commercial product).
Here is an article about that: http://www.backup4all.com/kb/backup-ms-sql-server-data-120.htmlYou cannot back up individual mailboxes as FBackup does not make backups inside a file. If a file was modified, the entire file will be backed up.
