FB 5.2 skips Outlook pst files after initial backup

After updating to 5.2.643 earlier this month, my pst files are skipped during my daily backups (Mirror). If I remove them from the source directory, they are removed from the backup directory. When I return them to the source directory they are included in the next backup, but are skipped in subsequ...

Can you give me access to your computer using TeamViewer?
Please write us an email to info[at]fbackup[dot]com, to discuss the time.

Re: Can't backup to network drive (Destination error code 1385)

Hmmm... I need to do some homework to learn about UNC path or the mapped drive vs whatever I tried, and I'll get back to you on that. It's my wife's laptop, and she likes to stay socially connected in the evenings while watching TV, so I won't get to it until the weekend. I manually back it up to a ...

Can't backup to network drive (Destination error code 1385)

(Moved from General discussion group) My laptop has full rights access to a second hard drive (D:) on a desktop in my HomeGroup that I want to use as a destination for FBackup 5. The laptop can write files to the desktop drive D, and FBackup says the network drive tested okay when creating the backu...

<r>fuggi - I too felt your pain and found a solution at the following Win 7 support forum. It's a bit long but lots of screenshots make it very easy to follow, and now I can run FBackup with no UAC prompt.<br/> <URL url="http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11949-elevated-program-shortcut-without-ua...
