Re: No Files In Backup Destination, But Memory Used

Hi,

The files on destination should be visible.
If you have no other important files there, please try to format the destination drive. That will remove all files from it.

Re: Warning: CRC test failed for file

Hi,

We consider that user should be notified about any file which could not be backed up. It could be an important file, we cannot know that.
An important thing is to add in backup sources only the files and folders that can be backed up.

Re: Dropbox connection error work account

Hi,

FBackup is limited to the free Dropbox accounts.
If you want to use it with a business Dropbox account, please try our commercial edition: Backup4all.

Re: Newbie Q: Restore not finding backup dir (FAQ?)

Hi,

You can open in FBackup the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination.
That will load the backup job in FBackup so that you can run the restore.

Re: Deleted files aren't removed from destination

Hi, As Mirror backup type will overwrite the old files in destination with the new file version, I understand the file names are different for old/new files. In FBackup, please open Backup Properties->Mirror. Make sure the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option is selected. ...
