<description>&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to make mirror backups without copying the source folders to the destination?  For example, if my destination is &#34;x:\destination\pics&#34; and my source is &#34;c:\folder1\folder2\pics&#34;, the backup currently gives me &#34;x:\destination\d\folder1\folder2\pics&#34;, when all I really want is &#34;x:\destination\pics&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
