Hi,

Is the destination drive formatted as FAT32 or NTFS? If it's FAT32, please format it as NTFS as the FAT32 cannot handle files larger than 4 GB.

I am using Chinese Windows XP. the phrase "磁盘空间不足。" means "Insufficient Disk Space".

I am backing up to an external harddisk with over 900GB disk space. no way that it is out of space. I tried backing up the same file to a local harddisk with success.

So it must be related to choosing the external harddisk as the destination.

Please help.
