I had also set it to do that daily, so this morning when I checked, the scheduled backup did not run and gave an error message saying "&lt;filename&gt; is not a valid backup job" (or something like that.) How can I confirm that my emails/address book are being backup. For "My documents" I know it is working as I can access the external drive and view my documents but I cannot access the folder related to microsoft as I get the following message: 'You are attempting to open a file of type ‘office data file’ (.pst). These files are used by the operating system and by various programs. Editing or modifying them could damage your system. If you still want to open the file click Open With otherwise click Cancel'. When I try to edit the scheduler it won't accept any password and it also won't allow me to leave the password empty. I have tried all passwords that might be relevant, but none are accepted. I have tried using the original username and password but that is not accepted. I have changed to mirror backup but that still does not work. How can I get the backup to happen daily as required?
